Our organization mainly considers the growth of our clients along with ours, making sure we priced it reasonably to justify the cost from the back-end to front-end delivery, transparent enough to see the growth of our business partner.

How many can you fit into your current location / site?

We are operating on 3 floors for our office in Taytay, Rizal which can accommodate 500 FTEs.

How fast can you grow / add people?

We take pride in our core operations as a staffing company, adding the right resources would be easy for our group.

It should take us a 5-10 days to source, recruit and onboard additional heads who are right-fit for collections operations.

Are you able to operate through acts of nature?

Yes, we can without fail. Our 2 locations – Taytay, Rizal and Plaridel, Bulacan are part of our BCP.

Both locations are business areas, not flood-prone, strong and stable internet service and electricity.

How about on man-initiated disturbances?

Transport-strike – we are able to provide shuttle service for all employees as we maintain a 5km. Radius from the office people-staff selection.

Fire and other challenges – having a strong working relationship with local government units, we are confident with the proper and quick response to deploy counter measures.

Can you operate through pandemic?

Yes, and we speak from experience. Our businesses have survived and thrived through pandemic. In fact, our collections agency was founded July 2020, mid of the pandemic. We employed appropriate measures to ensure the safety of all our staff and optimum delivery for our clients’ requirements.

How confident are you that you can deliver the outsourced operations?

100% confident because of our collective experience in managing and operating BPO operations.

We have done collections for GE Money Bank, Barclays – Cards US, CITI Cards both on 1st party collections and 3rd party collections.

Fully confident of our Service Delivery Leader, who have spent more than 2 decades in Collections.

As of this writing, we are operating on 2 sites (for BCP purposes) one in Taytay Rizal and the other is in Plaridel, Bulacan.

We are operating the following LOBs – CS for Financial Project and Cards Services (US), Financial Project 2 – Settlement and Claims (US), Medical Billing (US) – non-voice and voice verticals.
